How My Subscription Works:

  • The monthly membership fee is $9.99.

  • If you’re a Club Grunt Style member, you receive a special price of $7.99 each month.

  • Your subscription automatically renews on the 1st of each month.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your credit card is charged.

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all domestic U.S. orders.

  • Limited Edition Sticker Packs: Monthly packs designed just for members.

When Will My Order Arrive?

  • Orders typically ship within 72 hours of purchasing your membership.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

  • Standard shipping usually takes up to 5-7 business days.

  • If you don’t receive your shipment within 10 business days, contact Customer Service for a replacement.

 

How Do I Change My Address?

  • Contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@gruntstyle.com or by calling 1-877-554-7868 to update your information.

  • All account changes can be done by requesting a secure account update link from the customer portal

  • Changes must be completed by the 1st of the month to be effective for that billing cycle

 

How Do I Update My Subscription Payment Method?

  • Log in to Shop, select your subscription order, and update the payment method.

  • You can also remove ShopPay by editing your subscription details

 

How Do I Reset My Password?

  • First, double-check you are using the correct email and password.

  • Click the forgot password. That will prompt you to enter the email address of your account and reset it that way.

  • If the issue persists, contact Customer Service to reset your password at customerservice@gruntstyle.com or call 1-877-554-7868.

 

When Can I Start Using My Free Shipping Perk?

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for the free shipping perk to be activated.

  • Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout once your profile is updated.

 

When Does My Membership Expire?

  • Your membership automatically renews on the 1st of each month unless you cancel. You’ll receive a monthly reminder email about your upcoming subscription renewal to remind you! 

  • To avoid a charge, cancel by the 1st of the month.

  • To cancel, contact Customer Service at customerservice@gruntstyle.com, call 1-877-554-7868, or cancel online through the customer portal.

  • To cancel, log in to your account, select “Manage Subscriptions,” and follow the prompts.
